Description:

Portable Digital Hardness Tester AL5001P offers a reliable and user-friendly alternative to traditional handheld hardness testers. With its compact design and intuitive operation, this tester is suitable for various industrial applications.

Operation:

Simply place the sample on the platform and manually rotate the knob on the lead screw to apply pressure. The applied pressure is electronically monitored by a microcontroller, and the value is displayed when the sample breaks. The hardness value is shown on a four-digit LED display and can be viewed in alternative units (Kp/N/Lb/Sc) by pressing a soft membrane key on the control panel.

Calibration:

Calibration is straightforward and can be done on-site in just a few minutes. An optional calibration kit, including a certified 5kg weight and holder, is available for easy calibration whenever required.

ANTIBIOTIC ZONE READER determines the strength of antibiotic materials by measuring a diameter of 0 - 80 mm of inhibited zone in the Petri dish.

Agar in Petri dish is incubated with Bacteria. Then sensitivity disc is dispensed on the dish. After Incubation bacteria growth cover disc except circular inhibited zone. Zone diameter is the function of antibiotic strength.

Light from base passes up through transparent and semi-transparent portion of agar. Adjustable sliding rubber belt facilitates the positioning of the dish relative to light source. Light than passing through reflecting mirror which reflect image on viewing glass. Arc from one edge of circular Zone is adjusted tangent with the line of viewing glass by sliding knob. Then the entire dish is to be moved by turning sliding knob, until arc from opposite side of inhibit zone is brought tangent to same line. Take down the reading from the Display

Outer body is made of Mild steel sheet with attractive stove enamel paint. The gap between the two walls is filled with PUFF Insulation for achieving the better temperature in minimum possible time.
